I’m the founding PM at AGEYE Technologies in Bengaluru, where we build software and hardware for indoor vertical farming. I joined in 2020 to make motion graphics, moved into product design, and took over the product in 2022. Nobody planned that, least of all me.
At AGEYE my work has spanned design, strategy, and product management. Digital Cultivation Pro grew from field notebooks into an enterprise ERP with an AI decision layer: CultivAid for operator support, an automation engine running on live IoT data, and a modular platform unbundled for self-serve. Two enterprise pilots are live, and I own the roadmap, the client relationships, and deployment. Earlier I led the ecosystem rebrand, built the 3D visualisation pipeline, and produced the investor films for Indoor AgCon 2021–2025.
All of it came from saying yes to things I was not qualified for yet, then reading very fast. Design is how I work a problem out, and problem solving is the part I actually enjoy, which is why the ambiguity of an early-stage startup suits me. There is no playbook. Requirements move, hardware ignores its own spec, and you decide on half the information you wanted.
I read more than I finish. I run, swim, and lift, some weeks more than others. I have a sweet tooth, so the trip from eating cake to baking it was a short one. I like hosting friends and cooking for them. And I still love animation, forever a fan of the craft and the hours it takes.
