When you're building the future of farming with cutting-edge AI, it's easy to get lost in the tech. AGEYE found itself sitting on game-changing indoor farming solutions but speaking a language that only engineers understood. Working closely with my CEO over several months, we discussed what AGEYE does, who we are and why it matters. This wasn't just a rebrand, it was about giving a company its story.

In 2021, AGEYE faced an identity challenge. Our original focus was purely on "making farming profitable again, utilizing next-generation AI", which missed the bigger story. Here's what I discovered: We weren't just building farming software. We were solving global food security. We weren't just another AI company. We were pioneers in sustainable agriculture. But none of that came through in how they talked about themselves. The challenge was helping them articulate why it mattered.

The breakthrough came when I shifted focus from what AGEYE's technology could do to what it could make possible. Instead of leading with artificial intelligence, we led with human intelligence, the insight that everyone deserves access to good, nutritious food.
New Mission: "We are dedicated to using artificial intelligence and technology to ensure that everyone in the world has access to enough good-quality, nutritious food grown in the most sustainable way from seed to your dinner table."
New Vision: "Our vision is to revolutionize the way the world grows and consumes food by building a powerful and collaborative ecosystem of technologies and partners that leverage artificial intelligence to work together to make agriculture both profitable and sustainable."
We repositioned AGEYE as industry leaders who happen to use AI, rather than AI experts who happen to work in agriculture.

How does this entity speak to the world about its mission and vision?
Working with my CEO, I spent months uncovering AGEYE's true identity. We didn't just change words, we discovered values. We didn't just craft messages, we built a personality.
As AGEYE's offerings expanded to include both hardware and software solutions, our identity expanded too. What started as a technical AI company evolved into a comprehensive partner for sustainable agriculture.
